During the fall of 2023, the Governor's Office tasked each state agency with developing their Strategic Plan to assist with forecasting budgeting needs for the upcoming legislative session. In efforts to meet this expectation, Big Hairy Audacious Goals (BHAGs) were developed for each program at NDSD/RC. Those BHAGs were bridged to current work happening to generate goals and action plans for the next 3-7 years. The two documents below are the same information in two different formats. One format lists our goals and action plans in chronological order. The other is formatted to list goals and action plans for each department or program. Also, on this site is a “one-pager” that captures NDSD/RC’s work in a snapshot.
