Welcome to the North Dakota School for the Deaf/Resource Center (NDSD/RC) website. NDSD/RC is a division of the Department of Public Instruction, Kirsten Baesler, State Superintendent, and is located in Devils Lake ND with offices in Grand Forks, Fargo, Bismarck, Underwood, and Minot.
Purpose
To develop, coordinate, and maintain a comprehensive continuum of services for all citizens who are deaf or hard of hearing (infants through senior citizens).
Mission
To serve as a State Resource Center to provide advocacy, leadership, and educational expertise for all individuals in North Dakota who are deaf or hard of hearing.
